Commission terms must be clear

The agreement should define who handles pricing, check-in, cleaning, maintenance, refunds, owner communication, and which booking channels count toward commission.

  • Only confirmed bookings and received revenue should count
  • OTA accounts and access should be clearly assigned
  • Cleaning, guest issues, and operations must be defined in writing
  • This keeps the model professional and avoids confusion later

These are starting prices, not fake anchor prices. Once we review the business properly, we can confirm the best fit and tailor the work if you need something lighter or more hands-on.

Short-stay management option

For some villa and house setups, a revenue-based model can also make sense. A typical range is 8%–12% of booking revenue when the scope is closer to real short-stay management support, but I recommend a hybrid model first because it is safer and more professional.
