With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and tourism in Marrakech, along with 2 years of experience in Dubai, I built Phuket Booking Pro to help hotels, villas, riads, and tourism businesses strengthen their online presence and increase direct revenue.

My background is not just marketing — it’s real hospitality operations. I’ve managed hospitality properties, handled reservations, OTA platforms like Booking.com and Expedia, guest communication, pricing strategies, reputation management, and daily hotel operations.

Today, together with my professional team, we help hospitality businesses improve their online visibility, guest experience, booking performance, and digital growth strategies.
